Extraction process of concentrated flavor rapeseed oil processing equipment production line:

1, process flow

Rapeseed → pretreatment → frying → pressing → canola gross oil → gross oil refining → finished canola oil

2, rapeseed oil production line process description

(1) The raw material is fresh, whole grain high-quality rapeseed, and the moisture content of raw material is controlled below 10%.

(2) Pre-treatment: including cleaning, de-stoning and magnetic separation, the impurity index after cleaning should be less than 0.5%.

(3) Frying: Frying seeds is the key process for producing aromatic canola oil, and the aroma of canola oil is directly related to the roasting temperature. The ideal temperature for frying rapeseed is 180~200℃. As the moisture content of raw materials is different, the moisture content of cooked rapeseed can be controlled by prolonging or shortening the time of steaming and frying.

(4) Pressing: After frying, the canola is transported to the screw press through the screw conveyor stage for pressing. The crude oil obtained is settled in the clarifier, and after coarse filtration, it enters into the refining process, and the canola wilt from the press enters into the leaching plant for further extraction of the residual oil in the cake.

(5) Refining: Intensely aromatic rapeseed oil only needs alkaline refining and deacidification, water washing and phosphorus degumming, without decolorization and deodorization.
