1. The problem of hydraulic meter. Due to the damage of the pressure gauge, the pressure value of the equipment will be inconsistent, at this time should be replaced by the hydraulic gauge.
2. The high-pressure return valve is faulty. If the high pressure counterflow valve is not correct, you can rotate bit by bit, observe the pressure range of the hydraulic gauge at any time, and adjust the high pressure counterflow valve according to the values in the table.
3, remove the low pressure counterflow valve, wash the oil flow port with clean water, remove impurities, dredge the oil circuit. At this time, it is necessary to check the oil circuit of the equipment to see whether there is oil leakage. If so, be treated promptly.
4, clean the taper head in the pressure reducing valve, clean the residual impurities in the pressure reducing valve, clean the oil circuit.
