How to solve the problem of clogging automatic oil press?
1. Uneven steaming billet.
If the steam injection hole of the steam dryer is blocked or rusted, the steam injection hole should be dredged. If the billet is pasted in the middle of the bottom of the pot, the distance between the scraper and the bottom of the pot can be adjusted; If the scraper is twisted and worn, the scraper should be replaced; The limit switch, contacts and floating plate should be adjusted to coordinate the movement when the steam and frying of raw and cooked billet are uneven.
2. The belt is lubricated and does not require lifting material.
The main reason is that the lower conveyor belt of the bucket elevator accumulates too much oil, causing blockage. The lower conveyor belt door can be opened to remove the oil accumulation.
3. The screen cloth oil material is unilateral.
Check, if the screen surface is not level, should adjust the length of the left and right boom to make it equal; If the screen body is twisted, the eccentric shaft can be adjusted to make it perpendicular to the frame. If the oil on the surface of the stone screen is to one side, you can adjust the frame to make it smooth; If the air volume is not uniform, you can adjust the air volume adjustment plate of the bellows, so that the air volume is evenly blown to the surface of the screen. If the net cloth net rate is low, should replace the new brush or adjust the brush length, at the same time adjust the tilt Angle of the flat net.
4. Roll overload does not rotate.
The elimination method is: if there is oil between the rollers when starting, you can loosen the adjusting bolt of the rollers to remove the oil between the rollers; If the feeding amount is too large and the speed is too fast, the plug plate at the feeding port can be closed; In case of uneven billet thickness, readjust roll clearance and tighten loose nuts.
