Check and clean the water and gas paths before starting the feed extruder. All filters need to be cleaned. Before starting the machine, check whether the wiring of the electronic control part is correct, whether the steering of each motor is correct, and whether the control is reliable. After stopping the machine, you must wear anti-high temperature gloves, quickly remove the discharging mold, and clean it immediately while it is hot. And start the main motor to empty the material accumulated in the expansion chamber. When corn is puffed, soybean flour should be added to rinse the material in the cavity. Pay attention to safety when unloading the machine, and do not allow anyone to stand directly in front of the machine to avoid danger caused by residual pressure in the extruder cavity. After the equipment is running normally, it must not be shut down at will.
