The automatic oil press does not reverse the machine or remove the amount correctly, which will shorten the service life. If the power is off for 30-40 minutes, there is no need to disassemble the machine. After waiting for the phone call, the oil press can go straight to work. If the power failure is more than 40 minutes, to disassemble the oil press can work normally.
Specific measures: first remove the pressing cage, loosen the round row, then pull out the pressing screw shaft, clean the raw materials in the hopper, and then install it on the machine, so that the machine can work normally. First of all, the new hydraulic press should cut off the power supply, take out the discharge guide plate, manually reverse the large pulley, invert the core to take out the blank, immediately take out the chamber spiral shaft (when the large wheel is difficult to reverse with manpower, do not forcibly reverse, so as to avoid damage to the machine) and clean. If not, loosen the compression nut, remove the upper compression cage, loosen it row by row with a screwdriver, and clean it.
Because if you don't clean it, a phone will turn on, the hydraulic press will be blocked. When the hydraulic press restarts after power failure, it is necessary to rotate the screw several times to remove the sundries in the pressing chamber and avoid staying, and then it can work normally.
