Extruder pressure adjustment method
1. Adjust the feed amount: Increasing the feed amount will make the material in the extruder thinner, thereby reducing the pressure; reducing the feed amount will make the material thicker, thereby increasing the pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the extruder can be adjusted by controlling the feed amount.
2. Adjust the discharge amount: Increasing the discharge amount can reduce the time the material stays in the extruder, thereby reducing the pressure; reducing the discharge amount will make the material stay in the extruder longer, thereby increasing the pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the extruder can also be adjusted by controlling the discharge amount.

3. Adjust the steam pressure: Steam is one of the important factors that generate pressure in the extruder. Increasing the steam pressure can make the material expand more fully in the extruder, thereby increasing the pressure; reducing the steam pressure will reduce the degree of expansion of the material, thereby reducing the pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the extruder can also be affected by adjusting the steam pressure.
Notes
1. When adjusting the pressure of the extruder, it should be adjusted according to the properties of the material and the process parameters to ensure the best extrusion effect.
2. When the extruder is working, regularly check whether there is blockage or leakage in the steam pipeline, pressure reducing valve, feeding port and other parts, and clean and repair them in time to ensure the normal operation of the extruder.
3. When adjusting the pressure of the extruder, be careful and do not change the parameters at will to avoid equipment failure or safety accidents.
4. After long-term use of the extruder, the equipment should be regularly maintained and repaired to extend the life of the equipment and ensure the extrusion effect.
