How many fritters can the screw press produce under normal conditions?
Because the oil can be directly determined by the oil cake of the spiral oil press, the production of oil cake should be checked frequently during the operation of the spiral oil press. And control the humidity of the billet, so that it is not too high or too low. The normal spiral oil press should be scaly, with smooth spiral axis on one side and many hairlines on the other side. If the fritters are soft and weak, or if they are not formed and dark in color, they will break into small pieces when squeezed by hand, indicating that too little water has been added to the embryonic material. That means too much water is being added. In general, there is no or very little slagging between the ribs, and slagging occurs in the ribs, especially when the spiral oil press presses out the fritters, usually in flakes or lumps. For example, if the slag is thin, it means there is more water. If the fritters are powdery, it means there is less water.
Keep the fritter outlet normal. This indicates that the oil condition of the screw oil press is also in a suitable state. When using spiral oil press to press oil, according to the actual needs of customers, hot pressing and cold pressing can be used. Canola oil has been hot pressed through the cooking and frying processes. Cold pressing is not steamed and fried. Canola oil is cleaned, softened and rolled before being pressed directly to obtain canola oil.
During cold pressing, it can be entered into an oil press for pressing without rolling embryos, however, pressing after rolling embryos can improve the performance of the oil press. When using a screw oil press to press rapeseed oil, no abnormal phenomenon will occur when following the instructions. However, if the operation is improper in the cold pressing process or the oil moisture content is not appropriate, or the oil press body temperature is not good, there will be residue, poor feed and other phenomena.
