1. Before use, please read the operation manual carefully and be familiar with the performance characteristics and operation method of the machine.
2. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to carry out a check, each fastener shall not be loose, the handle rotates flexibly, rotate the belt pulley by hand, the running parts shall be normal, there shall be no abnormal sound, and then fill 32# oil in the reducer.
3. When normal oil is pressed, the feed must be kept even, and do not run idling with too much or too little material. At this time, the machine load is normal, the operation is smooth, and the sound is rhythmic. The cake is smooth, the low pressure section is basically free of slag, and the high pressure section has a small amount of oil residue, but the proportion of residue in the oil is not more than 10%. The hot cake should be spread out in time after pressing, and do not rush to pile or ship, otherwise natural phenomenon will occur. When the continuous working time is long and the machine temperature is too high, the cooling measures such as fan blowing should be taken.
4. When the pressing amount is reduced and the cake or oil is not normal, the press screw should be pulled out, and the wear of the press screw, the press strip and the cake ring should be replaced in time.
5. For long-term storage, it should be maintained once, and the extruded screw, extruded strip and cake ring should be disassembled, washed and reoiled, and placed in a dry place.
