Different types of screw oil presses have similar working principles
There are many screw oil presses, and different types of screw oil presses have similar structural forms and the same working principle. From the structural form, the screw oil press is generally composed of transmission mechanism, feeding mechanism, pressing chamber, adjusting cake mechanism and other parts, wherein the pressing chamber is composed of pressing cage and spiral shaft.
From the working principle, the oil continuously moves forward with the spiral shaft under the action of the propulsive force of the rotating spiral shaft in the press chamber. Because of the continuous rotation of the spiral shaft, the pitch is shortened, the diameter of the root circle gradually increases, the inner diameter of the press chamber decreases correspondingly, and the volume of the press chamber shrinks constantly, resulting in the extrusion effect on the oil.
In this process, due to the strong extrusion action, the oil flows out of the gap of the press cage, the oil is pressed into a cake block, and is discharged to the press chamber with the rotation of the spiral shaft, basically able to achieve the separation of the cake oil. The disadvantage of spiral oil press is that the residual oil rate is high, and the relevant practitioners are also constantly improving the existing equipment, and strive to solve this problem.
Grain and oil machinery manufacturers are constantly introducing new technologies and developing new oil pressing machinery. Some oil plants adopt parallel and different double helix structure to overcome the disadvantages of weak feeding and pushing capacity of single helix structure pressing system. The application of twin screw system can improve the axial propulsion and conveying capacity, which has the advantages of high pressure, high oil yield and low residual oil rate.
The transmission system and support mode of twin-screw oil press have a great impact on the performance of the whole machine. Compared with the single screw oil press, it has obvious advantages and can greatly improve the production efficiency of the oil plant. It is widely used in the extraction of tea seed oil, walnut oil and other edible oils.
