1. Preparation
Before disassembling the feed pellet machine, the following preparations need to be made:
1. Turn off the power of the machine and unplug the power plug to avoid safety accidents.
2. Prepare the tools required for disassembly, including wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
3. Install a bracket or lifter to lift the feed pellet machine to a suitable height during disassembly.
4. Prepare enough working space for disassembly, cleaning and maintenance.

2. Disassembly steps
1. Disassemble the machine casing: first find the fixing screws of the machine, loosen the fixing screws with a wrench or screwdriver, and remove the machine casing.
2. Disassemble the rotor: Use a wrench or pliers to disassemble the rotor, and check whether the rotor is worn or deformed before disassembly. If so, it should be replaced in time.
3. Disassemble the screen: Use a wrench or screwdriver to disassemble the screen, be careful not to damage the screen, and do not damage or deform the screen.
4. Clean all parts: Clean all disassembled parts and thoroughly remove all kinds of residues, especially grease and other substances.
5. Check spare parts: Check whether all parts of the machine are worn or damaged. If so, replace or repair them in time.
