1. The automatic oil press stops running suddenly when it is in use;
Maybe you squeeze in a lot of fritters, no heat pressure maybe fritters are too hot; Too dry during run-in.
2. The frame of the automatic oil press is damaged
It is possible that the shaft in the oil press is stuck, prompting the forced reversal of the mandrel. When the axis gets stuck, the human forces the triangle belt to reverse.
3. The press cage of the automatic oil press breaks suddenly;
The cause of this problem is that there can be too much oil at the beginning of the pressing. Metal, stone and other debris enter the interior of the oil machine. During the pressure process, there are too many times of pressure and not enough water is added to the material. It is possible that there was no cleaning in the hydraulic press or that no cleaning debris began to press into the material.
4, automatic oil press does not work:
Check for current and phase faults or short phases; Control box electrical damage, cut off the power, electrical replacement; Raw materials into the hard object, open the funnel lower plate, close the upper plate, press the reverse switch, pour out the foreign body; Oil cake adjustment is too thin, adjust the handle clockwise rotation 1-2 turns; Take out the spindle to check the spindle key; High temperature.
5. Low oil production rate of automatic oil press:
If the raw material is heated too high or too low, cool or heat the magnetic material to an appropriate temperature; If the machine temperature is too high or too low, the machine temperature should be adjusted to adapt to the temperature; If the oil content of raw materials is low or impurities are too high, the raw materials should be selected and dried; Remove the vacuum pump and adjust the thickness of the slag cake. Parts damage, reduce the temperature of raw materials.
6. The oil residue of the automatic oil press is discharged from the press strip and is in the shape of a noodle:
The oil residue cake is too thin, adjust the extrusion strip interval; The temperature of raw material is too high, and the thickness of oil slag cake is adjusted. Large extrusion bar interval, reduce raw material temperature.
