Effects of conditioning:
Conditioning is a process of hydrothermal treatment of materials, which accounts for about 20% of the overall quality of pellet feed;
Good conditioning can greatly increase production, reduce energy consumption, and improve pellet quality;
Conditioning temperature: livestock and poultry feed, 70~85℃; aquatic feed, 85~95℃, heat sensitivity (sucrose, glucose, skim milk powder, whey powder, etc.) 35~50℃;
Conditioning moisture: For ordinary mixed feed, especially low-protein feed, the grain content is more than 50%, and the moisture content after conditioning can reach 15~17%; for high-fiber feed or high-natural protein feed, the moisture content is limited to 13~14%.
Steam system:
he steam supplied to the conditioning equipment must be high-quality steam without condensed water to prevent clogging of the ring die;

The steam must be adjusted at low pressure to enter the conditioning equipment at a suitable pressure;
