2. Feeding
After soaking the pre-prepared feed for a short time, add it evenly to the feed extruder feed inlet, and be careful not to add too much feed.
3. Control parameters
According to different types of feed, set the control parameters in the feed extruder, such as temperature, oil pressure, steam pressure, etc. Operate according to experience or the equipment manual.
4. Start the feed extruder
After confirming that the settings of various parameters are reasonable, turn on the power and start the feed extruder. After startup, all parameters should be monitored to ensure they are normal and to keep the equipment running safely.
