Wet puffing machine is based on the dry puffing machine to increase the tempering device, its purpose is: to raise the temperature of the material, soften and to cook the material, add a certain amount of water. Wet puffing is more efficient than dry puffing and spiral, puffing chamber wearing parts with a long service life.
The reason is: if the material expansion temperature of 130 ℃, dry expansion from room temperature (20 ℃) to 130 ℃ need to raise the temperature of 110 ℃; if the wet production, tempering temperature of 80 ℃, only need to raise the temperature of 50 ℃ of the material, therefore, wet expansion of the mechanical energy required by the dry expansion of fewer, more energy can be used to improve the output; due to the softening of the material to reduce the spiral, expanding the cavity, etc. Due to the softening of materials, it reduces the wear and tear of the spiral, expanding chamber and other wearing parts, and improves their service life.
