1. Materials need to be crushed in 6mm or less

2. Moisture needs to be kept at about 13%
Many people do not know about this point before using the cattle and sheep straw feed pellet mill. Many people feel that as long as the material, crushed, and then can be pressed with the pellet mill. In fact, this is not the case. The pellet feed machine is dry in and dry out, which means that the pellet machine has strict requirements for moisture.
Feed pellet mill manufacturers recommend that you keep the material moisture at about 13%. This moisture is very low, so it is often required that the material needs to be dried out if it is relatively wet before it is pressed.
3. Need to even out the feeding speed
This point, many people do not pay attention to. Whether the feed pellet mill is fed at a uniform speed is related to whether the pellet mill works normally and whether the suppression of pellets is carried out normally. If the feeding is fast, it is easy to bore the machine. If the feeding is slow, then it is easy to cause the pellet mill to run empty. So keep feeding at a uniform speed can ensure the normal operation of the machine and can improve the efficiency of the pellet mill.
