Tip 1: High-Temperature Soaking for Softening and Effective Removal of Dried Stains
For dried material stains (such as residual meat or grain clumps) on the screw, barrel, and die of a cat feed pellet machine, a high-temperature soaking softening method can be used to quickly break down the stains. Tip 2: Food-Grade Degreaser for Safe Removal of Grease Residue
During the production process of a cat feed extruder machine, grease from the raw materials adheres to the surfaces of the screw, barrel, and die, forming sludge that is difficult to remove completely with conventional cleaning. A food-grade degreaser can be used for safe and efficient removal.
Step 1: Select a food-grade degreaser that meets the "Safety Standards for Food Contact Detergents" and mix it with warm water at a ratio of 1:50, stirring thoroughly.
Step 2: Using a cloth soaked in the diluted degreaser, repeatedly wipe the grease-covered areas of the extruder, screw, barrel, and die, paying particular attention to the exterior of the gearbox and the discharge channel. Wipe several times to ensure the grease is completely dissolved.
Step 3: After wiping, rinse the parts thoroughly with warm water and then dry them completely with a dry cloth to avoid degreaser residue (residue can contaminate dog food and affect pet health).
Step 4: After cleaning, apply a small amount of food-grade anti-rust oil to the screw and die surfaces of the dog food pellet making machine for maintenance.
