Corn can be crushed by hammer blade, also can use self-priming feed crushing and mixing machine, feed crushing and mixing machine has a feeding port on the side, auxiliary materials can be input through the feeding port, complete mixing, lifting to the pellet machine for pelleting.
According to the different production period to choose the appropriate feed ratios, the size of the mill, the conventional use of 3 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm and so on. Others can be customised.
The advantage of making pellets is to avoid animal picking, the feed is milled at high temperature to kill certain harmful bacteria, and the surface is cooked to produce a certain aroma, which increases the palatability of animals and reduces the waste of feed. Breeding is more scientific.
