3. For the adjustment of the fixed knife, the gap between the fixed knife and the movable knife should be adjusted to 1 to 2 mm.
4. Before starting the machine, check whether the bolts of various parts of the machine are tightened. If they are loose, they should be tightened and the pulley should be changed by hand. There should be no rubbing between the parts and the casing to ensure safety.
5. After starting up, the feeding machine can only be fed when the operation with the machine reaches the normal speed. Do not start with the feeding material. When feeding, the hand should not be deepened into the feeding port to avoid hand injury. If the machine makes abnormal noise during operation, it should be stopped to check and troubleshoot. Avoid damaging the machine.
6. The operator should not stand in the middle of the feeding port, and should feed the material sideways to prevent accidents.

4. Maintenance
1. Bearings should be greased and replaced once a month. For continuous operations, they should be added twice more. Pay attention to investigation.
