The failure of the main shaft of the wood pellet machine is actually relatively common. Please don't panic. The reasons for the failure may be: 1. The tail of the main shaft is not tightened or cannot be tightened; 2. The main shaft bearing of the wood pellet machine is deformed or the bearing is worn; 3. The gap between the two pressure rollers is unevenly adjusted; 4. The gaps between the safety pin and the safety pin sleeve, the safety pin sleeve and the safety pin seat hole are large; 5. The inner hole of the ring die is too large ≥ 0.30.

Solution analysis for the cause of the fault: First, check whether the main shaft of the pellet machine is tightened. First remove the refueling system, remove the spindle gland, and check whether the disc spring is deformed. If the disc spring is flat, it's time to replace it with a new one. Then, tighten the locking screw on the main gland, and then turn on the machine to check whether the spindle is still shaking. If the spindle is still shaking at this time, remove the main gland, use a copper rod to cushion the spindle, use a sledgehammer to drive the spindle out toward the ring die, then remove the spindle sealing cover and check whether the spindle bearing is intact. Generally, if the gap is too large, the bearing should be removed and replaced with a new bearing, and then the spindle should be installed in order and locked.
