Before using a new one for normal production it usually needs to be cleaned with oil for a few minutes to 20 minutes. During the use of sand, iron blocks, bolts, iron shavings and other hard particles try to avoid mixing in the raw material, otherwise it will lead to not normal granulation.
You can first try to find a way to block the mold hole of the material, and then with oil-based materials and fine sand grinding basically able to solve. The installation must not be tilted, otherwise the wear is not uniform. The tightened bolts must reach the required locking torque of the granulator to avoid the bolts being cut off or accelerated damage. Reasonable use and effective maintenance can reduce cost and improve pelletizing efficiency and pelletizing quality.
