A, not out of the particles
Possible causes
1. the new machine is not broken in with lubricants or not enough to break in caused by;
2. feed raw material moisture is too high;
Solutions
1. clear the current machine in the raw materials, and add oil to the raw materials, to break in the new machine, and each time the ratio of: 1:3
2. add some dry raw materials to adjust the moisture.
Second, the motor suddenly stopped
Possible causes
1. the voltage is too low.
2. The pressure between the pressure roller and the die plate is too large.
Solution
1. Use 4mm wire to avoid tripping in the process of use.
2. loosen some screws.
3. The granules are very soft or powder-like
Possible reasons
1. the hole of the die plate has been reamed (research light), need to replace the new die plate.
Solution
1. Add some water to the raw material.
2. Replace the die plate.
Fourth, the pressure roller is damaged
Possible reasons
1. There is no raw material between the roller and the die plate
2. There are many small hard rods in the raw material.
Solution
1. Mix the raw materials before operation or use wooden sticks, and then add the raw materials into the hopper.
2. Pick out the hard material, such as iron, stone or sand, etc.
