1. Adopt high-precision involute cylindrical helical gears direct transmission, transmission efficiency up to 98% or more.
2. The transmission gear tooth billet is water-forged and then normalized and heat-treated to improve the hardness of the tooth surface; the tooth surface is carburized and the carburized layer is 2.4mm deep to enhance the wear resistance and prolong the service life of the parts; the hard tooth surface is treated by silent fine grinding and edge trimming process to make the operation quieter and smoother.
3. The main shaft and the hollow shaft of the connecting body are made of imported German alloy structural steel processed by water forging, rough turning, heat treatment, fine turning and fine grinding, with reasonable structure and uniform hardness to improve the fatigue resistance and wear resistance of the parts, providing a more reliable guarantee for safe operation.
4. The main body is made of high quality steel, with uniform thickness and tight structure; and then carefully processed by Swiss imported CNC machining center, with zero error in processing precision. Provide more powerful support for normal operation.
5. The bearings and oil seals used in the transmission part are imported from Japan with high-precision bearings and imported from the United States with wear-resistant and temperature-resistant fluorine rubber oil seals, and special lubrication return oil system, oil circuit circulation cooling, automatic timing oil lubrication. Ensure that the bearings are fully lubricated, and the operation is more safe and reliable.
6. The bearings used in the granule forming system are all high quality silent bearings, and the thin oil circulation cooling lubrication system is added to ensure longer bearing life and safer operation.
