Check the feed pellet machine and parts on time. Firstly, check whether the bolts, bearings and other fluctuating parts on the worm wheel and worm slider are movable and worn. If any defects are found, it should not be used further. The feed pellet unit should be kept in a dry room for use, and after use or when it is left stranded, it should be cleaned and brushed of any residual powder, and then installed ready for the next use.
If it is out of use for a long time, the feed pellet machine must be wiped clean all over and the smooth surface of the machine must be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with a cloth canopy. If the gear shaft moves, adjust the screws at the rear of the bearing bracket to the proper position. The bearings will not make noise when the interval is adjusted. It is best to turn the pulley by hand and tighten it properly. If it is too tight or too loose, the machine may be damaged.
