The configuration of the feed pellet production line can be adjusted according to actual needs. First, the size of the equipment will vary according to different outputs. Secondly, different crushers are required according to different crushing raw materials, including crushers for crushing grain and straw.
In terms of mixing equipment, there are three main types: horizontal mixers, forage mixers, and feed crushing mixers. When the feed output is large, a cooler is needed, because the feed pellet machine has been heated to about 80 degrees during the production process, and the feed pellets need to be cooled to avoid moisture and mold for easy storage. In the case of small output, there is no need to use a cooler, and the feed pellets can be stored after drying.

The feed raw materials are squeezed, heated and pushed to become feed pellets. There are blades on the feed pellet machine, and the length of the feed pellets is determined by adjusting the up and down position of the blades. The size of the feed pellets depends on the aperture of the grinding disc. Larger feed pellets are suitable for feeding large animals such as pigs, cattle, sheep, horses, camels, deer, etc. Smaller feed pellets are suitable for feeding chickens, ducks, geese, pigeons, rabbits, birds, pets, etc.
