Disassembly of pellet mill pressure wheel: loosen the adjusting bolt at the pressure wheel, increase the pressure wheel clearance, screw down the round nut, remove the oil pipe connector, and remove the pressure wheel adjusting sleeve. Repeat with another roller. Remove the shelf plate and take out the pressure wheel assembly (if the operation specification is not well understood, the pellet machine manufacturer has video instructions.)
Pellet machine pressure roller skin and pressure roller bearing disassembly: unscrew the round nut, remove the thrust washer, remove the upper end cover fixing bolts for one turn, then remove the upper end cover of the pressure wheel, then remove the pressure wheel upper spacer sleeve wheel; remove the lower end cover fixing bolts for one turn, then remove the lower end cover of the pressure roller, then remove the pressure roller skin and take out the pressure roller bearing.
Mold removal: first remove the feed cover, then remove the upper cover, adjust the pressure wheel adjusting bolts, increase the pressure wheel clearance, remove a circle of fixed mold bolts, remove the pressure module, remove the mold.
