1. Before installing the biomass pellet machine, the internal support surface of the pellet machine must be carefully cleaned and coated with a thin layer of molybdenum disulfide paste;
2. When installing the used ring die, it is necessary to check the wear condition of the ring die in the width direction, and use it in reverse if necessary;
3. Install the pin shaft on the ring die base, then align the pin hole of the ring die with the pin shaft and knock the ring die in with a hammer (when using a steel hammer, there must be a skid between the steel hammer and the ring die);
4. Install 8 high-strength bolts (13) and spacers, and gradually tighten the screws. The high-strength bolts (13) must be tightened to the specified torque, and the torque is 40 kg force meters.
