In the process of adding water to the feed machinery mixer, the main attention to such issues: 1, must add atomized water, and add no more than 2% of the material (the actual water retention rate is estimated to be no more than 50%), otherwise it is easy to mold; 2, add liquid mildew agent, but the palatability has a certain impact; 3, pay attention to the residual situation in the mixer and finished product sieve and other equipment, and clean up regularly.
Secondly, you can also add water at the conditioning stage, that is, by adding water to the feed machinery conditioner. For example, you can spray 95 to 100 ℃ of hot water at the inlet of the tempering device 1% to 1.5%, the finished product moisture can be increased by 0.4 to 0.6%.
