The maintenance and care of the colloid mill is the key to ensure its long-term stable operation and extend its service life. The following are some of the main maintenance and care methods:
Check the pipelines and joints: Regularly check whether the pipelines and joints of the colloid mill are loose, and turn the colloid mill by hand to see if it is flexible.
Clean the equipment: Keep the colloid mill clean, and regularly clean up impurities and residues inside and outside the equipment to avoid damage to the equipment.
Lubricate the bearings: Add an appropriate amount of bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, and observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark. The lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time to ensure the normal operation of the bearing.
Regular oil change: The lubricating oil of the colloid mill should be replaced after 100 hours in the first month of operation, and then every 500 hours. This helps to reduce bearing wear and extend the life of the equipment.
Pay attention to the temperature: During the operation of the colloid mill, the bearing temperature cannot exceed 35 degrees Celsius of the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature must not exceed 80 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is abnormal, stop the car immediately for inspection.
