Description: The ideal size for pelleting is 3 - 5mm. If the size of your biomass raw materials is bigger than 5mm, you should use the Wood Chipper / Pulverizer / Hammer Mill for crushing.

2. Drying process for automatic pellet production line with CE wood pellet 6mm:

Description: The best moisture content/humidity for pelleting is 10 - 15%. If your raw materials are too wet, you should use our Airflow type dryer or Rotary Dryer for drying, they can reduce the moisture from 60~70% to 10~15%. Our stove is fueled by firewood, straw, coal... Any solid fuel is ok, which can save electricity consumption largely.
