Prepared work:

Keep one inner stove down, then put the raw materials into the inner stove, use the hoist frame

to hoist the inner stove(with raw material) into the outer stove, and cover it, then seal it well.

Heating process: use wood wastes or gas as the fuel to heat the stove, after 80-120 minutes,

stop heating when the temperature reach 280-330 °C.

Carbonized process:

Then change the fire into low heat, carbonize for 8-10 hours, during the time, it may produce

a little smoke, gas and wood tar, please do not worry about that,we have purification system

to deal with it, and the redundant smoke can be reused as fuel to heat the stove again,

which can recycle the smoke.

Cooling process:

After that, hoist the finished inner stove out, let it cool naturally. Cooling time is longer,

the quality of charcoal is better. When the temperature is lower than 50°C , you can take

charcoal out. At the same time, put another inner stove in the outer stove to heat.
