1. The mouth of the edible fungus bagging machine should be checked regularly to ensure that there are no thorn-like protrusions or gaps to avoid puncturing the bag during bagging.
2. The bagging should be appropriately tight. When the material stick is grabbed by five fingers, it should feel like a wooden stick. It is better to use moderate force without sinking. If the material stick feels sunken when you grab it, or the two ends are slightly heavy and there are signs of broken bags, it means that the material is too loose. If the material is too loose, the bag and the material will be emptied when the material stick is transported. During inoculation, the film at the hole mouth will vibrate up and down, causing a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the film near the inoculation hole. The spores of miscellaneous bacteria can enter the hole with the air flow, causing pollution.
3. The bag mouth should be cleaned and tied tightly. When tying the mouth, compact the material by hand, and remove the culture material adhering to the bag mouth. First, tie the bag mouth tightly with a plastic thread close to the culture material, and then tie the bag mouth film back and tighten it. It is required to be airtight, otherwise the tied mouth is easily contaminated by Neurospora and Mucor during the fungus period.
