Carbonization equipment
A carbonization machine is a special machine that converts wood or other types of carbon compounds into charcoal by heat treatment at high temperatures. This process is called carbonization.
During the work of a carbonization machine, the moisture and organic matter in the wood is burned away, leaving behind carbon and hydrocarbons. These substances are very stable and therefore charcoal can be used as a long-term energy storage material.
Carbonizers work by converting wood or other carbonaceous substances into charcoal by means of a high-temperature heat treatment. The process consists of three main steps: pyrolysis, charring and cooling.

Carbonization furnace
Use coke as the bottom layer (a total of 60 tons of coke is needed, with a particle size greater than 25mm)
① Start the coke pusher at 50 rpm, and use the coal feeding system to load the bottom coke into the furnace until it is about 1 meter higher than the flower wall.
② Manually level the coke in the furnace.
③ Start the coke pusher until the material is evenly discharged.
④ Level the coke again. The height of the coke should be level with the top of the flower wall or 100mm-300mm higher
① First bundle the soft firewood outside the furnace, and spread them on the coke after loading them into the furnace. The thickness is about 100, and then spray diesel.
② Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the furnace at this time.

In the charcoal production line equipment, the carbonization process is an important part of the entire carbon production process. The semi-finished products of the machine-made charcoal in the carbonization process directly determine its product performance and market price.
When using the carbonization furnace, attention should be paid to tight sealing to avoid gas leakage. When gas leakage occurs, the oxygen entering the furnace cannot be controlled. The carbon rods in the furnace are prone to excessive self-ignition and carbonization. The temperature rises too quickly, making the charcoal fire soft and fragile. What's more, too much oxygen will burn some fuel rods into white powder (ash), which will reduce carbon emissions. So the operation should strictly follow our instructions.
