Wood Pellet Machine Production Line

1. Raw material processing stage, chipping wood into chips.
2. Grinding section, grind the wood chips into sawdust.
3. Drying section, dry the sawdust to 10-15% moisture content
4. Pellet making section, press the wood chips into biomass pellets.
5. Cooling section, cool the biomass pellets to room temperature, after pelletizing, the pellet temperature is about 60℃, cooling is required for storage.
6. Packing section, the biomass pellets will be packed into bags for easy transportation and storage. The weight of each bag can be adjusted according to customers' requirements
