Our machine is mainly adopted in coal ash, coal mud, coke powder, coking coal, charcoal and powder briquette industries. The raw materials can be coal/charcoal powder, and any type of Agro-wastes. Such as: peanut shell, sugarcane baggage saw dust, coffee husk, wood chips, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, palm husk, rice husks, crop stalks, and so on.

Final Product Display

The shisha briquette diameters usually is 28 mm, 30mm, 33mm, 35 mm, 38mm, and height can be 10mm to 25 mm. For the cubic shape, the size usually is 20*20*20 mm, 25*25*25 mm, 25*25*10 mm. We can make the mold according to your requirements.

Notice of Operation :

• This machine should be started under no-load condition, started with material is forbidden.

• Strictly prohibit that material without iron into the machine, so as not to break the molds.

• Before starting the gear part should be add oil.

• The chain and sprocket wipe add oil every 7 days.

• Bearing seat add once every three months.

• The reducer must add gear oil before started, every four months changing gear oil once.

Packaging & Delivery

1. All the machines will be wrapped up with plastic film first (including the motor).
2. The plastic film bag wrapped machine, according to the size and weight to make wooden or iron box, put machine in and fixed the box after loading. (The box material can be made as your requirements)
3. The machine parts need to be put in a fixed container, should be fixed well, lest collision and wear, or lost.
