As two commonly used equipment in the carbonization process, the hoisting carbonization furnace and the horizontal carbonization furnace are different in design, operation and efficiency. The following are their main differences:
I. Design differences
1. Hoisting carbonization furnace: This carbonization furnace is designed with a hanging structure, and the main part of the equipment is suspended on the bracket. Its advantages are high space utilization, more reasonable internal structure layout of the equipment, effective carbonization reaction, and convenient observation and maintenance for operators.
2. Horizontal carbonization furnace: In contrast to the hoisting type, the main body of the horizontal carbonization furnace is placed horizontally. This design makes the equipment more stable and more convenient when handling large pieces of materials.

1. Hoisting carbonization furnace: Because the equipment is suspended, the operator needs to stand in a specific position to operate, such as adding materials, observing reactions, etc. This design makes the operation more centralized, but requires certain space and safety measures.

The two types of carbonization furnaces have their own advantages in efficiency. The hoisting carbonization furnace has a reasonable internal structure and a more complete carbonization reaction, which may have a higher carbonization efficiency. The horizontal carbonization furnace is better at handling large pieces of materials, and its continuous production characteristics give it certain advantages in production efficiency.
