Working Principle
The main component of this equipment is a spiral. The bottom diameter of the spiral gradually increases along the outlet of the slag and the pitch gradually decreases. When the material is propelled by the screw, the volume of the spiral cavity is reduced to form a squeeze on the material. The rotation direction of the spiral main shaft is viewed clockwise from the feed hopper toward the slag groove. The raw materials are added to the feeding hopper and are pressed under the spiral advancement. The squeezed juice flows through the filter and flows into the juice container at the bottom, while the waste is discharged through the gap formed between the spiral and the tapered part of the pressure regulator.
