The structure and principle of honeycomb briquette machine is simple, divided into the body, rotation, feeding, punching, conveying five parts. All parts cooperate with each other, and the operation is coordinated and smooth.
The raw materials will by formed by the punching needles of the machine and the final products have high density and easy to burn, long lasting burning as well.
The moulds can be customized, diameter of the moulds ranges at 80-300 mm. Furthermore, different shapes of the moulds also available, such as round, cubic, porous, plum flower form etc,
It is used in coal, metallurgical powder, powder cold-pressing ball, refractory materials (for burning and house heating etc.)
Raw Material Requirements:
(1) Raw material: All kinds of coal powder,charcoal powder,biomass materials.
It can be coal powder, charcoal powder, coke powder, carbon black powder, brown coal, many mineral powder, etc. It also can be biomass materials and agricultural materials like all kinds of straw, sawdust, wood, branches, shells, husks, biogases etc as raw materials to produce charcoal briquettes.
(2) Raw material diameter: Less than 3 mm.
(3) Raw material moisture: 8-15%.
(4)Add different binder according to your raw material and final briquettes requirements.(liquid and dry powder binder).
Final Products:
(1) Shapes of final briquettes: There are different shapes, such as cylindrical,round, square, flower shapes
and fan-shaped, hexagonal shape,etc. Or we can custom moulds as your requirements.
(2) Honeycomb diameter: 120mm; 140mm; 160mm; 180mm; 220mm or custom-made diameter.
(3) Honeycomb height: 80±5.0mm;90±5.0mm
(4) Inside hole diameter is:14-16mm or 25mm.
(5) Hole number:16PCS ; 19PCS or required hole number.
(6) Binder formula: we have 6 kinds binder formula, we also can offer water-proof formula and instant ignite(combustion-improver) to our customers free of charge.

Structure:
The machine consists of frame part, driving part, feeding part, press shaping part, and finished product delivery part.
1. Frame part: platen, engine base.
2. Driving part: motor, pulley, gear, transmission shaft. The gear is driven by the pulley connect with the motor by belts. The gear movement drives the transmission shaft. The transmission shaft drives the plate.
3. Feeder parts: rotation shaft, hopper, mixer etc.
4. Briquette press part: four slide bars, punch, punch seat, platen, mold sole, spring.
5. Delivery part: delivery rack, pulley, and belt conveyor.
Installation and trial running
1. The first machine leveling, firmly fixed on the basis of cement.
2. Cleaning the machine oil and debris, the transmission, moving parts filling lubricants.
3. Check the various parts of the screw is loose.
4. Adjust the rotation, stamping and other parts of the position and clearance, adjusted after the hand wheel moving pulley, the running parts should be free to operate.
5. The host pulley turn clockwise for the turn. Do not reverse the motor before turning on the motor. Turn the motor to the same direction as the large wheel of the rotating machine before installing the V-belt test machine.
6. The first test machine when the motor with a point of law for the pulse rotation, if no other noise, normal operation before driving. Do not start the heavy vehicle until the machine is running normally before feeding production.
Trial Running:
1. Before driving, we must first check whether the machine fasteners loose, whether there is impurities on the body, pull the wheel by hand to see whether the accuracy of punch into the mold tube and mold hole at the right.
2. The rotating parts, bearing regularly scheduled to refuel.
3. After starting to pay attention to the oral hearing machine no noise and other abnormalities. Such as abnormal phenomenon should be immediately parked maintenance.
4. Such as the punch stuck, should immediately cut off the power supply, standby stop after the punch and mold cylinder in the coal removed after re-driving, the machine is strictly prohibited by hand to take debris in order to avoid accidents.
