Ball press machine is specially designed according to the characteristics of charcoal powder specially used for charcoal/coal powder industry, mainly used in producing kindle carbon and charcoal briquettes.

1.Finished products usually 20-60mm.
2.Final products are smokeless, non-toxic, none peculiar and environmental protection.
3.The shape can be Square, ball egg-shaped, round, oval, and column, strip-type, elliptic type,pillow type and other special shapes by customizing the matching molds.
Packaging & Shipping
Ø Usual single machine will be packing by fumigation plywood case.
Ø Export standard container 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ, etc for production line.

Professional advice for you. Organic and inorganic binder: starch, molasses, pitch, asphalt, sodium silicate, gypsum, magnesia, etc.
Ø Hydraulic system:

Feeding system: According to the property of raw materials, gravity feeder or force-feeder is equipped.
Ø Dry/wet press:
Some materials require no binder added. In this case, dry press is necessary.
