Main Features

Compared with the traditional one, it add one extra rows.So the capacity is bigger than traditional one, for the same power.The capacity can increase about 10%-15%.In other words, the same power, with more holes ,so with bigger capacity.

The motor is installed parallel with the main shaft.It can decrease the energy cost .More power than the one traditional one.

Gear Box is cast, Its advantage has strong, good heat dissipation.

Bearing room structure is smaller than before.Make the whole structure more compact.So it can guarantee the pelletizing room working steady.

Gear Box with big module increased more power, more stability, 8-10 times than before.

Using New Roller, called unlock closed roller.It can fill lubrication oil one time per day.It also can be choose to fill one time per week.

Raw Material

To make the pellet, the material can be sawdust, rice husk, sunflower seed husk, peanut shell and other fruit shell; branch, trunk, bark and other wood waste; a variety of corp straws, rubber, cement, ash and other chemical materials. Wood Pellet Machine Production Line

1. Chipping section, chipping wood into wood chips.

2. Grinding section, grinding wood chips to sawdust.

3. Drying section, drying sawdust to moisture content 10-15%, for pelletizing, it requires materials moisture within 10-15%.

4. Pelletizing section, pressing sawdust into biomass pellets.

5. Cooling section, cooling biomass pellets to room temperature, after pelletizing, the pellets temperature at about 60℃, for storage, it need cooling.

6. Packing section, packing biomass pellets into bags for easy transportation and storage.Client will choose the weight of per bag pellets different according to requirement.
