This Briquetting Press Machine is used to make sawdust into half-charcoal-stick.It is equipped with the auto controlling heating system.The product of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace,etc.for warm in house.

Finished wood briquettes are hollow quadrangular, hexagonal or cylindrical 40-80 mm diameter rod shape, with 15-20 mm hole in it. It can used as fuel, boiler heating, cooking, and other field.Especially after carbonized, not only it has long burning time, but also smokeless, smelless, clean, widely used in barbecue market.

Raw Materials of Briquetting Press

Common materials are coconut shell, sawdust, wood chips, bamboo shavings, tree bark, chestnut shell, cotton stalk, sesame stalk, corn stalk, sunflower stalk, soybean stalk, rice husk, sugarcane baggage, corncob, etc.

Raw material size must be less than 6mm and moisture is about 10%.

Raw material piled density is 60-350 kg/m, while the briquettes piled density is 1100-1400kg/m.

We can easily draw a conclusion that the briquettes density has greatly improved, so the combustion value also improves 30%-40%.

After carbonization, the charcoal briquettes calorific value is 7000-8500 kilo calories.

The burning time is 200 min/kg and carbon content is 75%-85%.

Working Principle:

This briquetting press uses the intrinsic attributes of the wood material, by spiral extruding at high temperature, under high pressure, wood element in wood material becomes plastic and makes the fine fiber combine, and then stick solid fuel is formed.
