The ends cutter is easy to clean to keep a hygiene standard.Beans are fed into the in-feed hopper and travel through a series of divider rings in the cutting drum. As the beans tumble gentle the ends of the beans will protrude through the slots in the plastic cutting segments and will travel past a bank of knives where the protruding end is cut off. The beans are then discharged through the out-feed chute whereas the cut ends fall through the bottom of the machine. In drum, there are guide plates with off-centre holes, which can control the beans’ speed and direction without any damage.
