Carbonized furnace is an airflow carbonization furnace,which used for carbonizing wood ,sawdust briquette,coal, bamboo,coconut shell into charcoal.

Carbonized Furnace Characteristics

Ø New type of carbonization equipment, production higher than general furnace, fast speed, high carbon, simple operation.

Ø With smoke purification device, can store tar, no leakage, long service life.

Ø Suitable for wood, logs, mechanism charcoal, nut shell, bamboo, etc, different shapes biomass raw material.

Ø Volume with four cubic, six cubic, eight cubic, ten cubic, raw material carbon rate is more than 40-60%, finished product ration is more than 95%.

Ø Labor saving, time saving, one can operate several carbonization stove at the same time, with power of 1.5kw (this is fan power).

Ø With gasfier device, the smoke can be self used and can also be recycled for heating, cooking, drying.

Ø Used as charcoal, can be used BBQ, boiler heating, family heating, to make active carbon and other industrial usage

Gas Purifier:

It is used to eliminate the smoke produced by the carbonization stove, and also it can pure the smoke and some other soluble organic maters into fuel, or some other energy, it is really an environment protect and energy saving device designed and manufactured by our technician.

Working Principle:

1) Arrange wood briquettes in furnace, leave 25 cm distance from the briquette to the roof of furnace

2) Close the door of furnace

3) Brn 10 kg wood briquettes, and put into furnace from the top holes.

4) Turn on the air fan

5) Leave a small gap at the top hole to supply a little air, this procedure lasts 6 hours, and during this 6 hours, make the gap smaller and smaller.

6) After 6 hours, watch the smoke from the chimney, compare the color of smoke, if the

smoke become transparent, close the gap completely.

7) Turn off the air fan.

8) Wait the stove become cool, this procedure lasts 6 to 8 hours

9) Open the door, and leave the stove, make sure the gas come out and then check if the

carbonizing is finished

10) If after 6 hours, the smoke is still strong, keep the air fan working, and leave the gap

until the smoke become transparent. Sometimes, this procedure last 8-10 hours.

11) At the end, if the carbonization is not complete, the wood briquettes don’t become

charcoal totally, ignite again, and do as the above procedure

12) The better quality of charcoal needs longer time of carbonizing, best charcoal sounds

like steel, and no smoke when burn.

Ø If the equipments have been finished, it needs 5 days for us to prepare for the delivery .

Ø If the customer want to make some changes to the finished products, needs 10-15 days to prepare for the delivery.

Our machine can dry biomass materials between 60% and 70%.

What is carbonization time ?
Usually, 8-10hours.

When the charcoal is finished ?

How many times should we cool the charcoal ?
It takes 10-16hours. When the inner pot goes down to 50℃ or less, charcoal can be packaging and collecting.
