Cooking oil palm oil refining machine

Palm oil refining machine is used to refine CPO(reed palm oil), We have chemical oil refinery plant and physical palm oil refinery plant for your choice.

Workshop 1: palm oil refining plant
palm oil refinery plant mainly include four process :input CPO(red palm oil)- degumming-deacification-bleaching, -deodorization-output RBD palm oil
Degumming: Remove gums in the crude oil to improve oil edibility, storage and do well to downstream neutralizing section.
Neutralizing: Remove Free-Fatty Acids (FFA) with caustic soda (NaOH). Soap stock is generate in this process.
Decolorizing / Bleaching: Remove color pigments contained in oil, make oil looks pure
Deodorizing: Remove disagreeable flavor and odors that are naturally present or created during processing under high temperature

Workshop 2:palm oil fractionation plant
palm oil fractionation plant is used to process RBD palm oil (you get from palm oil refinery plant). Mainly include input RBD Palm Oil--Heating Melting (broken crystal)--Crystallizing---Filtering-output RBD palm OLein &RBD palm Stearin
The principle is to separate the palm oil into a low-melting liquid phase (palm olein) and a high-melting solid phase (palm stearin) by controlling the cooling and crystallization process of palm oil and separating it.
