A feed pellet production line is mainly composed of the following equipment:
Raw material crusher: used to crush raw materials into fine particles suitable for pellet pressing.
Conveyor feeder: conveys the crushed raw materials to subsequent equipment.
Pellet press: presses the crushed raw materials into pellets.
Mixer: if you need to mix a variety of forage powders, you can configure a mixer.
Cooling and screening system: cool and screen the prepared pellets to ensure the quality of the pellets.
Packaging system: package the cooled and screened pellets for easy storage and transportation.
The main components of the fully automatic pellet feed production line include:
Model | Capacity(t/h) | Power(kw) | Screw Diameter(mm) | Weight |
75-B | 0.3-0.4 | 22 | 80 | 1000 |
85-B | 0.5-0.6 | 30 | 90 | 2000 |
90-B | 0.6-0.7 | 37 | 100 | 2100 |
100-B | 0.7-0.8 | 55 | 120 | 2200 |
135-B | 1-1.5 | 75 | 135 | 3200 |
Feeding system: the feed raw materials to be crushed are transported to the feed crusher through self-suction pipes, soft auger and other grain conveying equipment.
Crushing system: choose a water drop feed crusher because of its uniform crushing force and large output per hour.
Batching system: Use batching scale to weigh and mix the crushed materials and feed raw materials that do not need to be crushed.
Mixing system: Send the prepared feed materials into the feed mixer for mixing. If necessary, add oil or liquid.
Pelletizing system: Use ring die feed pellet machine to make pellets. Conditioner and forced feeder can be configured as needed.
Cooling and screening system: Use countercurrent cooler and rotary grading screen for cooling, water control and screening.
Packaging system: Pack the pellets after cooling and screening.
