Process control
Start-up sequence: start in sequence according to "back-end process → front-end process", and reverse operation when shutting down to avoid material blockage.
Adjust the feeding amount: control the feeding speed through the silo valve to avoid backfeeding or uneven feeding, and monitor the alarm signal of full/lack of silo.

Regular maintenance
Check the wear of the ring die and roller, replace the cutter in time, clean the magnet impurities, and prevent iron from entering the equipment.
Regularly lubricate the roller, maintain the steam separator, and ensure the quality of the conditioner steam.
Environmental protection and safety
Configure dust and noise control facilities to treat wastewater and exhaust gas; the equipment casing needs to be grounded to prevent static electricity accumulation.
Overload operation is strictly prohibited during operation, and the machine should be shut down for maintenance immediately in case of abnormal conditions.
Finally, the equipment needs to support future expansion (such as adding an extruder or liquid addition system) to adapt to process adjustment needs.
