First, we use straw to make compost (medium) for mycelium growth. Straw alone does not have enough nitrogen, so a nitrogen source is added to promote exothermic fermentation and produce compost.
Once the straw is laid, coal nitrogen and urea are sprinkled on top, and more straw is laid on top, repeating about 5 times to form a layer. Finally, the top is covered with something breathable, such as shade cloth, netting.
During the fermentation process, the mixture needs to be turned several times to ensure even fermentation, and the fermentation time is 14 to 21 days.

Mix 0.4-0.6% of the fermentation agent evenly into the compost that has been cooled to below 25°C. If the compost temperature is adjusted to around 24°C and the humidity in the culture room is adjusted to 65%-75%, the mycelium will spread throughout the compost in about two weeks. Controlling temperature and humidity during cultivation is particularly important and must be done with great care, as it greatly affects the quality of the mushrooms.
Even if the mycelium successfully spreads throughout the compost, it will not produce mushrooms by itself, so you need to cover the compost with soil. When covering the soil, mix Akadama with calcium carbonate and slaked lime and evenly spread it on the top of the compost to a thickness of about 3 cm.
About two days after covering the soil, countless mycelium will begin to grow on the surface. Use a ventilator to bring fresh air into the room, lower the room temperature to 15-17°C, and keep the humidity around 80%.
