Question: No pellets are produced

Answers: 1. New die has not been ground by oily mixture or ground insufficiently. 

                      2. Material contains too much moisture.

                      3. Material is not organic in nature or does not contain proper amount of lignin.

Solutions:1. Clean feedstock out of the pelletizing holes and grind the die with oily mixture. 

                       2. Adjust material moisture content. 

                       3. Add 3-5% additive binder into the material.
