Installation method of biomass briquetting machine:
1. According to the location of the biomass briquetting machine, place the main machine, distribution board, and conveyor in the appropriate position, and carefully check whether the bolts and screws connecting the mechanical motor and transmission components are firm and loose, otherwise they should be tightened immediately.
2. Connect the power cord between the host and the power distribution cabinet: six diameter copper core cables ≥ The host motor and the terminal blocks of the power distribution cabinet are connected in order of 16mm. The wiring of the two contactors should be in the same order as the motor terminals.
3. Connect the power cord between the host accessories and the power distribution cabinet: connect the temperature control wire contacts to the host junction box: connect the water pump power cord to the host junction box.
4. Connect the power cord between the feed conveyor and the power distribution cabinet: three copper core cables with a wire diameter of ≥ 1.5mm2 should be used between the feed conveyor and the power distribution cabinet. Connect the feed conveyor motor to the power distribution cabinet. The lower end of the cabinet is marked with the terminal block connection for "feeder conveyor".
5. The power cord connection method between the finished product conveyor and the power distribution cabinet is the same as above;
6. Check the power cord carefully to prevent power string and leakage to ensure the safety of electricity use.
