Operation steps
Power on and start
Connect the machine power, turn the emergency stop button to the left to energize the machine control circuit.
Press the green start button to start the hydraulic motor.
Manual debugging
Turn the manual and automatic selection knob to manual mode.
Press the yellow button, the cutter will go down, and it will automatically rise to the top and stop after cutting to the bottom.
Manually control the feed and return knobs, turn the knob to the left, the push plate will move forward in the direction of the blade, and vice versa.
Automatic cutting
Turn the manual and automatic selection knob to automatic mode.
Press the yellow button, the cutter will rise to the top and stop, and the push plate will push the material according to the set distance.
After the return reaches the set distance, the push stops, and the cutter starts to go down for cutting.
If the frozen meat is far away from the blade, you can manually feed it to the vicinity of the blade, and then switch back to automatic mode for cutting.
