2、Trial operation: Before starting the machine, check whether the screws in all parts of the machine are tightened, then start the motor for a trial run and observe whether the rotation direction of the machine is the same as the logo and whether there are abnormal sounds.
3、The correct way to adjust the gap of die rollers: adjust the gap of die rollers before each start of the equipment, by adjusting the pull bolt tightening nut to achieve. Specific operation steps: loosen the pull bolt tightening nut II, tighten the pull bolt tightening nut I, use a torque wrench to fasten the tightening nut and measure the torque to 55~60N.m. Let the hollow shaft rotate one turn, and the pressure roller rotate with the mold while rotating at least 4/5, then tighten the bolt tightening nut II with force.
4、Wash the mold: take 50 pounds of chaff, 100 pounds of fine sand, 50 pounds of oil and mix well, then turn on the machine, followed by successive release of material grinding (by grinding mouth), so repeatedly grinding several times, until the template hole smooth all out of material.
